Refund Policy – SDB Media Pro

SDB Media Pro, operated by Shom Bhattacharya, provides completely online digital marketing training, courses, consultancy and related services. All course/service details, fees, terms, conditions and disclaimers are communicated before payment.

No Refund After Payment

Once payment is successfully made through UPI, Google Pay, bank transfer, payment gateway or any other accepted payment method, the payment is considered confirmed and is non-refundable. This is because the training/service scheduling, resources, planning and allocation of professional time may begin immediately after payment. Customers/students are therefore requested to carefully review all course/service information, terms, conditions, policies and disclaimers and confirm their decision before making payment.

Duplicate/Accidental Payment

If the same course or service is mistakenly paid for twice for the same transaction, the additional/duplicate payment may be refunded after verification. This exception does not apply to a normal course or service payment.

By completing the payment, the student/client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy along with the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer of SDB Media Pro.
